Return of Walled Garden Talks

Following on from the successful series of talks last summer, we will be hosting a series of five Walled Garden Talks, on Tuesdays at 12 noon, starting on Tuesday 6 June.  The theme this year is “Connections” and speakers will be looking at the connections between people, community, place, and material items.

The talks will last for just 20 minutes are aimed at sharing information and stimulating discussion.  They are open to everyone and there’s no charge for attendance.

  • Tuesday 6 June: Dr Ian Kenvyn, Evexia Foundation. ‘We might be more connected to each, our community and our environment than we know’
  • Tuesday 13 June: Andy Watts, Talking Benches. ‘How sitting and talking with others can be of great benefit – connections through communications’

  • Tuesday 27 June: Tula Chenery, Scrapbox. ‘Materials to connect us with re-using and recycling’
