We’re delighted that we can finally announce that in February we heard that the Bircham Centre had been successful in its application for a grant from the Norfolk Offshore Wind Farms Community Fund from RWE, through Norfolk Community Foundation. We are so grateful to them for their support.
The fund is for projects focused on Nature and Green Spaces and we have been awarded an amazing £8,858.00 to implement our programme of activities.
We’ve started to plan the programme: it includes a Garden Open Day on 23rd May where you are invited to join us in our lovely Walled Garden. It’s a day where we will focus on how we can nurture and encourage nature in our local community and promote how being out in nature can make us less stressed and feel better.
