Autumn Wellbeing Sessions

We are continuing to offer Wellbeing sessions at the Bircham Centre.  Why not join one of the current sessions on offer:

On Tuesdays, from 4pm to 5pm, we have our new class with Lynda Lee bringing you Tai Chi and Qigong. This course will be on the first floor, in the sunny, light and beautiful Board Room and is a perfect way to find balance in the middle of your day,  Email Jess on birchamcew@gmail.com or message her on 07538 429710 to reserve your place.

 

logo for mediation group On Thursdays, we welcome Kevin Howell’s weekly meditation class, at The Bircham Centre, 3-4pm. Kevin, the facilitator, has been involved in meditation for more than 40 years. ‘Meditation is more than a relaxation method and is better described as learning to rest in your quiet centre, dealing with your “monkey mind” and enhancing the state of “loving awareness”. Meditations enhance awareness of breath, body sensations, sound, thoughts, memories and emotions.’ Everyone is welcome. Only £4 per session to cover essential costs. No equipment needed, just bring yourself!
